The Site is an informational, static website. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not ask you to connect a crypto wallet to browse it. The information we collect is limited to the following categories.

If you email us — for example, at collab@flefy.com regarding a collaboration inquiry — we receive whatever information you choose to include, which may include your name, email address, and the contents of your message. We use this solely to respond to and evaluate your inquiry.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
Like most websites, the Site and its hosting/content-delivery providers may automatically log certain technical information when you visit, including your IP address, browser type and version, device and operating system information, referring and exit pages, and the date, time, and duration of your visit. This information is collected in aggregate or pseudonymous form through standard web server logs and, where used, privacy-conscious analytics tools, and is used to operate, secure, and improve the Site.
1.3 Cookies and Local Storage
The Site uses a minimal amount of browser local storage to remember your display theme preference (light or dark mode). This is a functional, non-tracking use — it is not used to identify you or to build a profile of your activity. The Site's hosting provider may also use cookies or similar technologies for security, performance, and content-delivery purposes. See Section 4 for your choices.
1.4 Publicly Available Blockchain Information
$FLEFY exists on the Solana blockchain. Wallet addresses, transactions, and balances associated with $FLEFY are recorded on a public, permissionless, and immutable ledger that is not owned, operated, or controlled by Flefy. Any such on-chain information is publicly available by design and is not "collected" by us in the traditional sense — we have no ability to alter, remove, or restrict access to it, and this Policy does not apply to it.
2. How We Use Information
We use the limited information described above to:
- Operate, maintain, and secure the Site;
- Respond to inquiries sent to us, including collaboration requests;
- Understand aggregate usage patterns so we can improve the Site's content and performance;
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent, unauthorized, or malicious activity; and
- Comply with applicable law and enforce our rights.
We do not use any information collected through the Site to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on you.
3. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share the limited information described in Section 1 only in the following circumstances:
- Service providers — with hosting, content-delivery, security, and analytics providers who process information on our behalf and are bound to use it only to provide services to us;

4. Your Choices
You can control cookies and similar technologies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them; doing so may affect how parts of the Site function, such as your saved theme preference. You may also choose not to email us, in which case we will not hold any information you would have otherwise provided that way. If you have previously emailed us and would like us to delete that correspondence, contact us using the details in Section 13 and we will honor reasonable requests to the extent we are able and not otherwise required to retain the information.
5. Do Not Track
Please note that we do not alter the Site's data collection and use practices when we detect a Do Not Track signal from your browser.
6. Your Rights
If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that it be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us using the details in Section 13.

The Site links to third-party platforms we do not own or control, including pump.fun, the Solana network, our e-commerce storefront at flefy.com, and social platforms such as X, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Telegram. Any information you provide to, or that is collected by, those third parties is governed by their own privacy policies and terms, not this one. We encourage you to review those policies before interacting with any third-party service linked from the Site. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or security of any third-party site.
8. Data Retention
We retain automatically collected technical/log data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the security, operational, and analytical purposes described above, and any correspondence you send us for as long as reasonably necessary to address your inquiry and maintain appropriate business records, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

We take reasonable measures designed to protect information from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Any transmission of information to us is at your own risk.
